How To Use Moong Pani
A soup-tea is a sippable hot snack that you can enjoy like a soup with fully edible ingredients, or you can steep it in a tea infuser and enjoy it as a clear herbal tea.
To enjoy as soup, simply add boiling water: In a mug, add 1 level tablespoon or a heaped teaspoon of Moong Pani. Fill with 1 cup (8 oz) of boiling water. Stir and steep for 3-4 minutes. Add a slice of lime or lemon for extra zing. Adjust the quantity of Moong Pani mix depending on how strong or mild you prefer your drink. To savour the full flavour of Moong Pani to the last drop, keep a teaspoon handy and give your drink an occasional stir.
