We sprout our mung beans for long hours to neutralize lectins and unlock nutrients. This makes our meals exceptionally gut-friendly and easy to digest with no bloating. It also increased absorption of the high proteins and nutrients of Moong Pani's broths, khichari (risotto) and Dal.
None of our broths are hot and spicy. Our "Spicy" versions are 'politely spicy' which means it provides a balanced, authentic kick without overwhelming your palate.
