No. Once opened just reseal the pouch zipper and store it in a dry cool place.
We sprout our mung beans for long hours to neutralize lectins and unlock nutrients. This makes our meals exceptionally gut-friendly and easy to digest with no bloating. It also increased absorption of the high proteins and nutrients of Moong Pani's broths, khichari (risotto) and Dal.
None of our broths are hot and spicy. Our "Spicy" versions are 'politely spicy' which means it provides a balanced, authentic kick without overwhelming your palate.
The residue that settles is full of fibre and flavour. We use 100% natural, whole ingredients with no artificial emulsifiers or thickeners. Natural settling is proof of our clean label—just give it a quick stir to rejoin the flavors!
Just add boiling water to a tablespoon of broth powder, stir, sip and enjoy!
