What is the shelf life of the broths, once opened?

The shelf life of Moong Pani broths are 2-3 years. So once you open it, simply reseal tightly and store in a cool, dry place. Though, these hug-in-a-mug are so delicious - they won't last in your pantry that long!!

What is the best way to enjoy a hot cup of Moong Pani broth?

Put a level tablespoon (or a heaped teaspoon) of any Moong Pani broth powder in a cup. Pour 8oz/250ml of boiling hot water from a kettle. Stir and sip. To enjoy full flavour and fibre, stir occasionally as you sip. Add a fresh slice of lime to your broth for an extra zing!

I see sediment at the bottom on the cup once I've made my hot broth - what is this? Is this normal?

Yes it is normal to have some sediment of the broth powder at the bottom on the cup. This is the actual mung beans that have been sprouted cooked and finely ground. This is full of flavour and fibre - so you want to not waste it!

Just swirl or stir your cuppa broth and enjoy!
