Quick Prep Instructions
Broths: Add one cup of boiling water to a tbsp of dry mix of Moong Pani broth. Stir and sip. Some settling is natural. Simply swirl occasionally to fully enjoy the flavour and fibre.
Meals: Combine 1 part dry mix with 2 parts water in a small pot. Bring to a boil, then simmer for between 10-20 minutes.
How to Serve: Your Meal, Your Way
Khichari and Dal serve as a Main: Serve with stimulating additions like fresh ginger slivers, a squeeze of lemon, or extra cracked black pepper. (Avoid heavy dairy or excess oils for Kapha). As a Side: Replace heavy grains or breads with a serving of Dal to keep your meal protein-rich and energetically "light."
