🍲 How to Prepare and Serve
Empty the packet into a pot. Add 3–4 cups of water (adjust for preferred texture). Stir, simmer, and cook for approx 20 minutes - just like rice.     We sprout our mung beans for long hours to neutralize lectins and unlock nutrients. This makes our meals exceptionally gut-friendly and easy to digest with no bloating. It also increased absorption of the high proteins and nutrients of Moong Pani's broths, khichari (risotto) and Dal.

    None of our broths are hot and spicy. Our "Spicy" versions are 'politely spicy' which means it provides a balanced, authentic kick without overwhelming your palate.

    Our Khichari is a hearty, delicious blend of sprouted mung and Sona Masoori rice enhanced with ginger, turmeric and gentle spices.
