Our sprouted Mung Dal Curry is 100% natural, vegan, gluten-free, non-GMO, soy-free, yeast-free and free of all artificial colors, flavours, and preservatives. 

Moong Pani's Dal Stew is a nourishing one-pot-meal that's easy and instant to prepare.  Simply add boiling water and cover or simmer on low heat for 7 mins - and it's ready to enjoy. 

Nutrient-dense with 12g of protein, 32% easy to digest fibre,  22% iron, potassium and micronutrients.
