Sprouted Mung Dal Curry is a delicious Indian traditional dal curry made with sprouted whole green mung/moong lentils cooked with ginger, lemon, turmeric and freshly ground spices. 

Our sprouted Mung Dal Curry is 100% natural, vegan, gluten-free, soy-free, yeast-free and free of all artificial colors, flavours, and preservatives. 

It is nourishing, nutritious and warming inside out packed with plant-protein, easy-to-digest fibre, iron, potassium and micronutrients.

A one-pot-meal that's easy and instant to prepare.  Simply add boiling water and cover or simmer on low heat for 7 mins - and it's ready to enjoy.  

Serve with naan, bread, rice, yoghurt, pickles, salad, veggies or your favourite foods.

Each packet is resealable and makes 3-4 servings.

    Mung beans (vigna radiata), also called 'moong' in South Asia, are small green dried beans that belong to the legume family. They are an integral part of many forms of Asian cuisines. In fact, Chinese bean sprouts are sprouted from mung beans.
